10.38mm Comfort Plus neutral. A laminated glass with a low emissivity coating built in, made for single glazed openings that have to perform — it is the product most often nominated when an energy rating has to be met without replacing the frames.
The panel reads neutral, without pushing the view grey or bronze. Window and door replacement in renovations, bedrooms on busy roads, and any opening where safety glass is required and the room is also cold, hot or noisy.
Low-E and solar control glass carries a microscopically thin metal coating on one face. The coating faces a specific direction depending on whether you are chasing winter warmth or summer shade, so tell us which side of the opening it is going in and which problem you are solving. It is a soft surface: it should not be cleaned with abrasives or scrapers, and it is not suitable where the coated face will be handled or touched regularly.
It can be cut and edge-worked but not toughened after lamination. Weight is about 26 kg per m².

HOW YOUR GLASS IS HANDLED
Cut-to-size glass does not survive being treated as ordinary freight, so we deliver it ourselves rather than handing it to a general courier.

Please check your glass before signing. If anything has been damaged in transit, tell the driver at the point of delivery and we will arrange a remake.
ON DELIVERY DAY
Someone needs to be on site to receive and check the order. Larger and thicker panels can be heavy enough to need two people to move safely. If you are unsure about the weight of your panel, ask us before delivery day.
