Deliveries are handled by our own drivers rather than a general courier. That matters with glass: every panel is inspected before it leaves us and checked with you on arrival, instead of being left at the door by a freight company.

Where we do not deliver
Our free delivery area is metropolitan Melbourne. Two kinds of place fall outside it.
Across the bay. The Bellarine Peninsula — Portarlington, Drysdale, Clifton Springs, St Leonards, Ocean Grove and Queenscliff — looks close on a map, barely 30km across the water. By road it is over 100km around Port Phillip Bay. We do not deliver there. The same applies to Geelong and the lower Mornington Peninsula past Frankston.
Rural and green-wedge areas. The farmland, ranges and parkland around the edge of the metropolitan area are outside our runs — the Yarra Valley beyond Lilydale, the Dandenong Ranges, the Kinglake and Christmas Hills country to the north-east, and the rural pockets west of Melton.
If you are unsure which side of the line you fall on, send us your postcode and we will tell you straight away rather than leave you guessing.
How delivery works
- Order online. Enter your measurements in millimetres and choose your edge finish and toughening.
- We cut and pack. Production time depends on what you have ordered — standard cut-to-size is quickest, toughened and laminated take longer, and double glazed units longer again.
- We confirm a delivery window with you before dispatch.
- We check the glass with you on arrival. If anything is not right, tell us then.
If your job is time critical, say so when you order and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable rather than promise something we cannot hit.
Receiving a glass delivery
A few practical things worth knowing before the truck arrives:
- Someone needs to be there. We will not leave glass unattended — it is a safety risk and there is nobody to check the panels with.
- Think about access. Large or heavy panels need a clear path from the street. Tell us in advance about stairs, narrow side gates or upper floors.
- Have somewhere to put it. Glass should be stored on edge, leaning slightly, on a soft surface — never flat, and never resting on a hard edge.
- Check it before we leave. Once a panel is installed, damage is very hard to attribute.
