A double glazed unit made to your measurements, with the glass combination you choose. Two toughened panes, a 12mm spacer and an argon fill, sealed as one unit — not two sheets you glaze separately.
Pick the combination from the list and the price appears. The outer pane is listed first, and the unit thickness at the end of each line is the figure that has to fit your frame — check it against your rebate before you order.
Which combination
Clear + Clear is the baseline. It halves heat loss compared with a single pane and cuts noise a little, and it is the cheapest way in.
Clear + Low-E is the one most people should buy. The coating on the inner pane reflects room heat back inside in winter and pushes solar heat back out in summer, for a modest step up in price. Dual Eco Plus and Energy Tech do the same job harder.
Clear + a tint (Grey, Super Grey) is for glare and west-facing heat. Sunergy, Soltech and Evantage are the high performance solar control coatings, for glass roofs, full-height glazing and anywhere a specific shading coefficient has been specified.
Clear + Matelux, Cathedral, Satinlite, Spotswood or Narrowline gives you privacy or texture in a double glazed unit — bathrooms, stairwells and street-facing windows.
Clear + laminate is the acoustic and safety option: the laminated inner pane holds together if broken and takes a further bite out of noise.
Before you order
A sealed unit cannot be cut, drilled or altered after it is made, so every dimension has to be final. Measure the rebate, not the old glass, and tell us if the opening is out of square. Units are heavy — a 1.5 × 1.2m 24mm unit is around 65 kg and needs two people.
If your job needs a shape other than a rectangle or a circle, a stepped unit, a cut-out, or a spacer other than 12mm, email us with a drawing and we will quote it by hand.

HOW YOUR GLASS IS HANDLED
Cut-to-size glass does not survive being treated as ordinary freight, so we deliver it ourselves rather than handing it to a general courier.
- Every panel is inspected before it leaves us.
- Your driver checks the order again with you on delivery.
- All glass meets Australian Standards.
Please check your glass before signing. If anything has been damaged in transit, tell the driver at the point of delivery and we will arrange a remake.
ON DELIVERY DAY
Someone needs to be on site to receive and check the order. Larger and thicker panels can be heavy enough to need two people to move safely. If you are unsure about the weight of your panel, ask us before delivery day.
