Glass Cut to Size Sydney

We cut glass and mirrors to your exact measurements and deliver them across metropolitan Sydney, with delivery included in the price. Choose the glass, enter your size in millimetres, pick an edge finish and the price appears straight away. There is nothing extra added for delivery at checkout.

Sydney orders are cut and delivered locally in Sydney, so your glass does not travel interstate. Prices are the same as in Melbourne.

The quickest check is to enter your postcode at checkout: the delivery option appears if we can reach you. We do not currently deliver to the Central Coast, Wollongong or the upper Blue Mountains. How ordering works

1. Pick your glass. Clear, low iron, mirror, frosted, reeded, tinted or laminated. There is a thickness guide below if you are not sure.
2. Enter your size in millimetres. Width and length for a rectangle, or the diameter for a circle. The price updates as you type.
3. Choose the edge and toughening. Polished edges for anything that will be on show; toughening for safety glass.
4. Check out. We confirm the delivery window by email before dispatch, and someone needs to be there to receive the glass.

Delivery times in Sydney

Most Sydney orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Round, shaped or drilled glass and toughened laminated glass take 6–8 business days, because the glass has to be processed after it is cut. If your job is time critical, tell us when you order and we will tell you honestly whether the date is achievable.

What we cut for Sydney

• Clear glass — windows, shelves, tabletops and cabinet doors, 4mm to 15mm.
• Low iron glass — super clear, without the green edge of standard glass.
• Mirrors cut to size — bathrooms, wardrobes, gyms and feature walls.
• Frosted glass — acid etched, for privacy without losing light.
• Reeded and fluted glass — Narrowline and other reeded patterns for doors, cabinets and screens.
• Laminated glass — safety glass that holds together if broken.

A few products are not available in Sydney yet: 4mm Cathedral, 4mm and 5mm Satinlite, 5mm Spotswood, Super Grey, Green and Bronze tints, Energy Tech, some acoustic and Comfort Plus laminates, and double glazed units. Those product pages say “Melbourne and Geelong delivery only”.

Which thickness do you need?

• 4mm and 5mm — picture frames, cabinet doors, small windows, replacement panes in older homes.
• 6mm — the all-rounder: shelving, cabinet doors, most door and window panels.
• 8mm and 10mm — larger shelves and tabletops.
• 12mm and 15mm — frameless shower screens, balustrades and large tabletops.

Replacing an existing pane? Measure the old glass rather than the frame opening, and tell us the thickness you already have. Glass in doors, beside doors, in bathrooms or below 500mm from the floor must be safety glass under Australian Standards, so choose toughened or laminated for those.

Sydney questions

Is delivery really included in Sydney? Yes. The price on screen includes delivery to any address in our Sydney area. Nothing is added at checkout.

Are Sydney prices different from Melbourne? No. The same price applies in both cities.

How accurate are the cuts? We cut to the measurements you give us. Every panel is made to order and cannot be resold, so measure twice before ordering.

Do you supply trade? Yes. Builders, cabinet makers, shopfitters and glaziers in Sydney can email us their typical volume and product mix and we will put trade pricing in place.
